All India Naba Chetana to kick off its campaign against child marriages in Nadia on Sunday

KOLKATA, 17 DECEMBER – They delver what they promise. Lightening fast execution like a professional corporate body All India Nabachetana showing the path for all in the plane of social work and services. Motivated enlightened minds are the sign of matured society and their responsibility towards poor and distressed part of the society.
Hardly two weeks after it was officially registered as All India Naba Chetana is all set to kick off its social activities from Sunday with an aim to improve the socio-economic conditions of the underdeveloped people belonging to minorities and SC/ST and OBCs through mass awareness.
On Sunday, All India Naba Chetana, a charitable social organization comprising members like retired and serving IPS and IAS officers, academicians, doctors etc, to generate ideas of modern education, proper healthcare, ill effects of child marriages and secular views among these classes, will organize a medical checkup camp, distribution of winter garments, computer and awareness on healthcare at Alaipur in Nadia district.

Campaign against child marriages will also be launched among people in that area.
In its first official meeting on 9 December, the organization under the leadership of Dr Humayun Kabir, DIG traffic and Faruque Ahamed, an assistant director, DODL of KU, has already formed it’s core and district committees to launch its state-wise activities with a kickstart in Nadia.

We can now carry on our activities freely and fearlessly to fulfill our social commitments.
We would like to inform you that All India Naba Chetana is a Social Welfare & Charitable Organization working amongst the poorest of the poor’s for the empowerment of the backward section of the society. We are organizing a Medical Checkup Camp and the discussion on “Prevention of Child Marriage” which is going to be held on 16 December, 2018, from 10.30 am to 3.30 pm.

The platform that has already been officially registered is all set to launch its social activities across districts in the state soon after the formation of its core committee and district committees. The platform that has already been scheduled for first meeting on 9 December, Sunday at Aliah University auditorium at Park Circus campus in the city, said Faruque Ahamed, “It’s our pride to get a galaxy of retired and serving bureaucrats like Md Nizam Shamim (IPS), Dr Humayun Kabir, IPS (serving DIG–traffic police), Chairman of Naba Chetana, Mrs Miratun Nahar, eminent Educationist and many other officials and university teachers in our organization,” he said.
The prime aim of this venture is to development of youths belonging to the minorities through proper modern education, awareness on good health and maintenance of strong secular fabric of India.
“For the advancement of Muslim youths in General Education, we are not against Religious Education rather it is necessary for disciplining our youths but when the question arises about progress and establishment in life we must look for over all development for keeping a balance in the changing field of science, technology, medical education etc globally.
“It has been noticed that Muslims in West Bengal indulge themselves in different crimes, political crimes and other illegal activities. We will whole heartedly try to refrain them from these activities,” an office bearer of the organization said.. “It has also been noticed that Muslims are involved in political activities and involved in clashes largely not knowing the pros & cons of the outcome of their activities. This is causing havoc to our society, lot of Muslims are losing their lives, suffering injuries, getting involved in different cases and their families have been suffering the pain and trouble. We will try to make them understand the outcome of such activities, he added.
“We will maintain absolutely neutral attitude & mutual respect for the people of other caste & creed rather we will be more tolerant to the others. We will never indulge in religious and communal bias towards anyone,” according to him.
“On behalf of the organization we will also focus on education for all women in the society to prevent child marriages,” said Dr Nabila Khan. She added “It’s great event organized by All India Naba Chetana is now working for the people of the People of the country. We are trying to serve the country for good Society.”
