He with Sandeep Kulkarni, president of NGO We The Citizens filed a Public Interest Litigation in Supreme Court of India questioning the legitimacy of Article 35A and Article 370 of the Indian Constitution and quashing of both the articles.
He is an intellectual speaker on controversial issues like Kashmir Conflict, Rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus in Kashmir Valley, Islamic Extremism and Islamic Terrorism.
Pushpendra Kulshrestha (born 2 December 1960) is a senior Indian journalist. He was executive editor and India head at AAJ News of Pakistan. He has worked with Sahara News, BBC World, and Zee News, serving various positions. He resigned in 2017 Pushpendra was born in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
He completed his schooling from Minto Circle High School (officially Syedna Tahir Saifuddin School) at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. He completed his graduation in Political Science from Aligarh Muslim University in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Pushpendra has worked with AAJ News located at Karachi, Pakistan. He has worked with several other channels including Sahara News, BBC World, Zee News, etc. He has served three times as Secretary-General of Press Club of India.
He is the owner of a YouTube channel named Public 24×7. He is working for the betterment of Indians and especially Kashmiri Hindus.
