He with Sandeep Kulkarni, president of NGO We The Citizens filed a Public Interest Litigation in Supreme Court of India questioning the legitimacy of Article 35A and Article 370 of the Indian Constitution and quashing of both the articles.
He is an intellectual speaker on controversial issues like Kashmir Conflict, Rehabilitation of Kashmiri Hindus in Kashmir Valley, Islamic Extremism and Islamic Terrorism.

He completed his schooling from Minto Circle High School (officially Syedna Tahir Saifuddin School) at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. He completed his graduation in Political Science from Aligarh Muslim University in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India.
