Neotec Hub incubatee CALNESTOR® signs MoU with CII to launch Industrial Proficiency Aptitude Test for Engineers ( iPATE™ )
MoU has been signed between CII and Neotec Hub incubatee CALNESTOR Knowledge Solutions to launch Industrial Proficiency Aptitude Test for Engineers (iPATE) as the first mega initiative in 125th year of CII.
CII – iPATE is a smart HR solution for industry in digital space, to evaluate technical competency of engineers, through a scientific and automated process on PAN India basis. It is to match the requirement, across disciplines, domains and functional areas with significant reduction of candidate filtration time, cost and efforts. The technical hiring may be done based upon analytics and reports.
CII proposes the standardization of technical recruitment process and protocol for Indian Industry, through a scientific and transparent assessment, to evaluate engineers not only by their theoretical knowledge but also by their problem-solving skills, engineering acumen, cognitive and professional abilities. This will bridge the gap between industry and academia, to produce a well-trained, disciplined work force, in sync with the ever-changing demands of corporate world. More than 10 lac of graduate engineers, passing out every year from 3,000+ Technical institutes in India may be benefited through iPATE initiative. It will be extended to the experienced graduate engineers as well, along with entry level and experienced diploma engineers in due time.
