Illustrated author and West Bengal Top Cop IPS Humayun Kabir’s latest book “Uttaran” got released by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at the inauguration Event of Kolkata Book Fair 2020.

While talking to IPS Kabir he told us that “Today (28.01.20) my novel ‘Uttaran’, published by Ananda Publishers was launched at Kolkata BookFair, 2020 by Honourable CM, West Bengal.

‘Uttaran’ is available at Stall of Ananda Publishers at Kolkata BookFair, 2020 and also at all Stalls of Ananda Publishers throughout India.”

IPS Humayun Kabir is known for his down to earth illustration of life and conflict in human relationship, ideology and values.
