Law ratifying Protocol on the Protection of Industrial Designs to the Eurasian Patent Convention

Vladimir Putin signed Federal Law On Ratification of the Protocol on the Protection of Industrial Designs to the Eurasian Patent Convention of September 9, 1994.

Russia, November 23, 202012:35

The Protocol was signed in Nur-Sultan on September 9, 2019.

The Protocol sets forth the procedure for filing, reviewing and examining Eurasian patent applications, as well as the rules for using a patent for Eurasian industrial design.
