Every year we take up seed dispersion activity. This year I started off with Tendu fruit which is a super-rich source of Vitamin C and a lifeline for animals in summers, so ripe fruit are procured from villagers (who probably procure it illegally from the jungles) I buy them out and then send these fruits back into the jungle through the department.
So these ripe Tendu fruits are placed around water bodies for Langoor/Deer/Neelghai to pick up and then these seeds have a better chance of germinating saplings that come out are much stronger and dont need any watering etc. Vata has been doing seed dispersion for over 3 years now in Tipeshwar and surrounding areas and even if 10% of these seeds make it, it will be a huge success for this area.
