Swaranjali founded by Sitarist Subrata De. Swaranjali is an organisation for the promotion of Indian music and its budding artists. The organisation is a collective of students of Indian classical Music & Dance, aimed at providing them a platform to exchange knowledge about the various disciplines, styles and encourage collaboration. Swaranjali organizes concerts for students several times in a year to nurture talent by creating a performance space. Swaranjali, (Regd.) vide S47921, Non-profit Regd. Society in Delhi, founded by Sh. Subrata De, Sitarist. Organizing concerts in Delhi since 2000, it’s a small effort to preserve and promote our rich cultural heritage amongst the young generation along with non-established freelance National and International level artistes by giving them a holistic platform with an artistic honour.  Swaranjali’s Gharana Festival, Murchhana Festival, NRI Music and Dance Festival have been organized since 2003, to create an environment of Indian classical Music and Dance. Apart from all we are trying to promote Indian classical music, dance with upcoming budding  artists of India along with the Underprivileged arts students of our society through our Murchhana Festival every year and Baithak series.

As few Gharanas are fading out due to its less representative at this time of modern technology, life style along with its all kind musical elementary, essence, beauty and its followers or generations of different gharanas. It is important for us to preserve its pure forms of Arts, presentations along with its disciples or representatives through Gharana festival every year in Dec. We also provide NRI artistes, a stage and artistic audiences in India, Delhi every year through NRI Music and Dance festival in the month of January during the Pravasi Bharatiya Sammelan in India. During Covid 19, Swaranjali  has supported more than 130 Freelance Non Recognized Musicians of India through online events and financial assistance. We had hosted Music without Boundaries on 1st Aug 2019 & World Sitar festival on 15th Aug 2019.
