On 12 April 2021, General Manoj Mukund Naravane, Indian Army Chief held mutual bilateral discussion with General Aziz Ahmed, Bangladesh Army Chief at Bangabandhu Senanibash.
Both the officers along with other senior officers of the Bangladesh Army witnessed the culmination of Exercise Shantir Ogrosena in which a 30 member team from the 8 Dogra Regiment of the Indian Army also participated.
The Indian delegation also visited the hardware display of the Bangladesh Army and appreciated the latest modern inductions of the Bangladesh Army.
