এক ট্যুইট বার্তায় প্রধানমন্ত্রী বলেছেন ” কচ্ছ নববর্ষ আষাঢ়ি বীজ উপলক্ষে আমার কাচ্ছের ভাই-বোনেদের শুভেচ্ছা জানাচ্ছি ।
কচ্ছের ঐতিহ্যবাহী শিল্প ও সংস্কৃতি সংরক্ষণের জন্য যারা এখানে এবং বিদেশে বসবাস করছেন, সেই সমস্ত দৃঢ়, শক্তিশালী কচ্ছের ভাই-বোনদের আমার রাম রাম জানাচ্ছি।”
