LPG Customers to Choose their Delivering Distributors from List of Indane Distributors Serving in Respective Pin Codes Kolkata, August 21, 2021
According to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for making energy accessible and affordable to all, IndianOil is continuously in endeavour to develop and implement business models with the objective of ease of doing business ensuring customer care. With this objective, Indian Oil has brought another customer-centric initiative through which LPG customers will be able to choose their delivering distributors from the list of Indane distributors serving in that pin code and market.
The customers will be able to choose an alternate distributor other than his or her parent distributor while booking for refill through registered login of IndianOil One app or https://cx.indianoil.in portal.The list of servicing distributors along with their performance ratings shall be displayed when the customer is booking a refill through mobile app or the customer portal using registered login.
The customer can opt for any of the same oil company distributors from the list to get delivery of his current refill booking. With customers exercising the right to choose the delivery partner, it will further motivate the distributors to provide the best-in-class services to the customers and improve their performance ratings.Furthering the Digital India mission, the Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) are constantly upgrading their facilities to provide a seamless digital experience to the customers.
The flexibility to choose the distributor within the same oil company for each refill will further expand the bouquet of digital services being offered by the OMCs.
