IOC meetings prior to and during the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022 – Information for the media released by IOC

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) will hold a number of meetings in Beijing prior to and during the Olympic Winter Games Beijing 2022, which will take place from 4 to 22 February 2022.

Considering the global pandemic and its impacts, some IOC Members will take part in the IOC Session remotely and for others, some travel arrangements had to be re-organised. In order to address this situation and to streamline the institutional meetings in Beijing, it was decided to reduce the duration of these meetings.

The revised schedule therefore is:

IOC Executive Board meeting: 2 February 2022 at the InterContinental Beijing Beichen Hotel (OFH)

139th IOC Session: 3 and 19 February 2022 at the China National Convention Centre (CNCC)

The agendas will be sent in advance of the meetings.
