Former Finance Minister of India Shri Yashwant Sinha explained a few point to find the backdrop of Union Budget and said he will not comment on budget but ultimately made it a witty presentation to put forward many questions for ignited minds. Eben a 42 lakhs Cr of COVID health Care fund what happen to that was a question. He strongly opposes DOL politics at any level.
