BSF FOILS SMUGGLING BID BY DRONE IN GURDASPUR SECTOR, (73 BN BSF/BN HQ AJNALA), DISTT AMRITSAR, PUNJAB FTR

On 09 Feb 2022 at about 0050 hrs, alert fwd troops in Panjgrain area heard buzzing sound of suspected flying object coming from Pak side to India side. Alert BSF troops subsequently fired upon the drone. During search in the area of village Ghaggar & Singhoke by BSF along with trained dog with dog handler, 02 packets of yellow colour with suspected contraband have been recovered so far.
