The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has expressed deep grief over the loss of lives in a road accident in Kota, Rajasthan. The Prime Minister has also approved an ex-gratia from the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) for the victims.

Approves ex-gratia from PMNRF for the victims

The Prime Minister’s Office tweeted;

“राजस्थान के कोटा में हुआ हादसा अत्यंत पीड़ादायक है। इसमें जिन लोगों को अपनी जान गंवानी पड़ी है, उनके परिजनों के प्रति मैं अपनी संवेदना प्रकट करता हूं। ईश्वर उन्हें इस अपार दुख को सहने की शक्ति प्रदान करे: PM”

“Rs. 2 lakh each from PMNRF would be given to the next of kin of those who lost their lives in a tragic accident in Kota. The injured would be given Rs. 50,000: PM”
