Well, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan is also in Russia to add new dynamics to the story as well. Who knows Indian’s wish to take back POK will be in the cards with support from the Russian invasion in Ukraine. A telephonic call from the PM of India is much important in this scenario PAK PM at Kremlin.
