illuminate darkness
the fireflies

Art Adda and Rhythm Divine Poets welcomed author Anindita Bose and her guests – Gautam De, the former director of ICCR, professor Sanjukta Dasgupta, authors Amanita Sen and Amita Roy, director Supriyo Sen, director/producer Arunima Dey, pianist and social activist Rajlakshmi Syam, Santanu Ghosh, dancer Bhramori Roy. The event was emceed by Namrota Purakayastha.
The evening was to celebrate poetry, art and illuminate darkness from the society. The guests shared important experiences and stories about how they have illuminated darkness in their field of work and society.
Anindita Bose is the co-founder of a seven years old poetry group from Kolkata – Rhythm Divine Poets, she is one of the editors of EKL Review and illuminate darkness – the fireflies is Anindita’s third poetry book. The book has been published and launched by Raa Publication in Kolkata Book Fair, 2022.
It consists of 35 poems and 35 photographs of artist Biswajit Mukherjee.
The event celebrated dance, music and poetry at 50 Ritchie Road.
