The Mongolian entrepreneur is commonly addressed as ‘Biirchin’ and has a great expertise in making Instagram Filter using SparkAR and in managing rappers and artist music under the “Biirchin” moniker. Bavuusuren is a successful Social Media Marketer, an AR Specialist and a major influencer. He hosts a podcast called HR Management Lab’s Podcast Speaks, that walks the audience through his life’s hardships, triumphs, and struggles. The first episode of this podcast was released on March 15, 2020.

Bavuusuren offers IT Outsourcing services based on professional Microsoft Certified engineers. His other venture in the name of Dragon’s Breath Mongolia, specializes in delivering relishing Bubble Tea and Ice cream to its customers.
Bavuusuren kickstarted his professional journey as an IT Engineer at Mongol Mining. Later, he switched his role to a System Administrator at Empasoft, two years after which he started his own company Virtual Union.
Bavuusuren completed his degree in IT Engineering from the Huree University of ICT and took up technology and computers as his career following his passion as a 15 year old.
