“YOGA DAY 2022” CELEBRATED ACROSS THE EASTERN COMMAND REGION
Eastern Command celebrated 8th International Yoga Day on the theme ‘Yoga for Humanity’ across the Command theatre on 21 June 2022.
Indian defense is one of the most organized and disciplined armed forces any nation should be proud of its brothers and sisters in the field. Today they proved that War and Peace at both the stage, they are unstoppable be it in snowcapped mountains or deserts or inside a submarine. That’s the josh and hosh a nation looks for their men in action.
Today a large number of troops, their families, and local citizens participated from far-flung areas of the East & North-Eastern regions to spread awareness and promote a healthy lifestyle. Various workshops were organized involving the local population to spread the message of peace, harmony, and wellbeing.
