Noted Odissi dance exponent Dona Ganguly’s official Facebook page and Facebook personal profile have been hacked. As for Dona Ganguly, ” I came to know about it as one of my friends noticed some irrelevant post on my profile. Now I don’t have any access to my Facebook page and profile though both were blue ticked.”
She added, ” Currently, my team Dikshamanjari and I have an International tour comprising five concerts in London, Switzerland, Dublin, Birmingham celebrating Azadi Ki Amrit Mahotsav, Tagore’s Mayar Khela. It’s bit disturbing that I can’t share updates about our performances, and rehearsals now. I have lodged a report in the cybercrime section. Let’s hope for the good.
I wish to say to all whoever is connected with me on social media please do not entertain any posts done from the page and personal profile for a time being. I would definitely inform when it’s sorted out.”
