As part of #PuneetSagar Abhiyan, #IndianNavy personnel of NOIC (WBG)/ INS Netaji Subhas, undertook a Hooghly River Front #CleanUp Drive at Prinsep Ghat, Kolkata on 29 Aug 2022.
These events help the youth of India to connect with the brave hearts of the Indian defense. INS Netaji Subash has been a pioneer in making such social interactions with the civilians to feel them proud of our Navy stalwarts.
The event generated considerable enthusiasm amongst the school students for a good cause. About 85 kg of plastic waste was handed over to M/s Shreemitram Environ Management Company Ltd, a recycling firm for further processing in accordance with environmentally friendly norms.
