CLEANLINESS DRIVE AT DIFFERENT STATIONS OF NORTH-SOUTH AND EAST-WEST CORRIDOR

The Metro Railway has been observing ‘Swachhta Pakhwada’ from September 16 to 30, 2022. During this Pakhwada, intensive cleaning and sanitization drives at stations, trains, colonies, hospitals, and other railway establishments are being carried out.
A special cleanliness drive was conducted today at Noapara Depot, Masterda Surya Sen Depot, Kavi Subhash Depot, Bengal Chemical Station, Salt Lake Stadium, Karunamoyee Station, and Girish Park Station. Banners and posters have been put on display. Repeated announcements were made through the Public Address System to create awareness among the passengers about the importance of cleanliness in our life.
This apart, Swachhta Abhiyan was undertaken at different Metro Stations of the North-South Metro Corridor and all the Metro Stations of the East-West Corridor.
