Connecting people and nature with Cricket by VATA Foundation at Tipeshwar WLS
Tipeswar, 16 November 2022:
Vata Foundation is Organising a cricket tournament for 30 small villages surrounding Tipeshwar WLS.
Ms Yashni Nagarajan IAS Asst Collector Kelapur who had inaugurated the event yesterday with full support and enthusiasm to encourage all.
This initiative holds many key stakeholders’ active involvement to make it a successful one.
This tournament is bringing together a lot of stakeholders from public-private joint forums namely Forest Dept, Revenue Dept, Resort Owners, NPOs & local communities onto a different platform and hopes to help better cooperation in man and animal conflict situations. A must-have goal for sustainable development for all.
Uday Krishna Peddireddi man behind the Vata Foundation Team and Foxtail Eco Retreat had been an instrumental force behind nature conservation through his initiatives.
Vata Foundation is known for its tree rehabilitation program and conservation work across India.
This cricket match will bring togetherness among the locals and officials to restore nature in its original form with sustainable development.
