CREDAI Bengal elects new President
Mr. Sidharth Pansari has been elected as the new President of CREDAI Bengal at the 33rd Annual General Meeting of CREDAI Bengal held on 21-12-22 at the ITC Sonar, Kolkata. Joining him as office bearers for the new term are Mr. Ashok Saraf and Mr. Apurva Salarpuria as Vice Presidents.
On the occasion of the Annual General Meeting, Mr. Pansari spoke of standing for the rights and needs of each real estate member affiliated with CREDAI Bengal.
He is the youngest President that CREDAI Bengal has chosen, succeeding Mr. Nandu Belani.
Mr. Pansari acknowledged the exemplary leadership provided by the past presidents and senior members of CREDAI Bengal, who shaped the growth and acceptance of CREDAI Bengal as an industry body over the last three decades.
Speaking of his own association with CREDAI Bengal, he commented, “I joined this industry more than a decade back. Since then, CREDAI Bengal’s acceptance as a significant stakeholder and reach has increased tremendously. This has been made possible because of the cumulative efforts and contributions of each one of us. During these years, I have forged strong bonds with numerous members and learned from almost everyone. As I step into this role alongside the committee, I will use these experiences and learnings to deliver the maximum value to our members and industry. I personally assure each member of the best support and cooperation at all times. I would like to thank Mr. Nandu Belanifor for his outstanding leadership and service to CREDAI Bengal. A tenure of six years as one of our longest serving presidents is not easy to pass, especially filled with such turbulent times as Covid”.
Wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
