DRM/SEALDAH INSPECTED OVER RANAGHAT – GEDE SECTION
Kolkata, April 1, 2023:
Shri Deepak Nigam, Divisional Railway Manager, Sealdah, Eastern Railway inspected over Ranaghat – Gede section today (1.4.2023). Shri Nigam, DRM/Sealdah has inspected the condition of safety gears & other amenities at different stations in the section. At Ranaghat, DRM inspected the condition of passenger amenities, Accident Relief Van, Running Room, Health Unit etc. While visiting at Gede station, in addition to different amenities & facilities DRM/Sealdah also inspected the Operating Panel Room, Immigration Centre & Custom Office. DRM advised all branch officers to keep up the state-of-the-art facilities at Gede station as this station plays a pivotal role in dealing with the running of Kolkata – Dhaka Maitree Express train.
