Puja Curtains go up with KHUTI PUJA at S B Park Sarbojanin

S B Park Sarbojanin heralded the autumnal ritual with the Khuti Puja today on the auspicious occasion of Poila Baisakhto mark the start of Durga puja proceedings this year at State Bank Park, Thakurpukur. S B Park Sarbojanin is one of the eye-catcher pujas of the city for its innovative concept and celebration style. This Puja is particularly famous for its unique style of pandals and also for the social work which the committee carries out throughout the year. The Khuti Puja was followed by the cultural programme for blind and disabled students of NIP NGO.
The occasion was glittered by the presence of various eminent personalities like Smt. Mala Roy, Member of Parliament; Sri. Dilip Mondal, Minister of State Transport Department, Govt. of WB; Sri. Bimal Kundu, Art Sculpture; Sri. Subrata Gangopadhyay, Painter; Smt. Nabanita Dutta, Tollywood Actress; Smt. Madhuchhanda Sen, Owner of Maya Art Space & many other eminent personalities.
With the Poila Baisakh celebration happening all over the city, S B Park Sarbojanin marked the heralding of the Durga Puja with the presence of renowned personalities with Dhaks playing alongside. S B Park Sarbojanin takes immense pride to celebrate the 53rd year with much opulence and creativity.
Speaking to the media, Mr. Sanjay Majumder, Club President said, “After its huge success over the years, where we have been receiving multiple awards from different segments, the entire team of S B Park Sarbojanin is fully charged up once again for this year also. In the past years, our puja has drawn many lakhs of visitors every day. In the midst of theme pujas all over, just wait and watch for our part of glitters. We are confident that people would appreciate our effort this year too.” he added inviting everyone to come to the puja with family and friends.
