ER ARRANGED BROADCAST/WEBCAST OF THE ‘MANN KI BAAT’ PROGRAMME ALL OVER ITS JURISDICTION FOR A MASS AUDIENCE

The 100th episode of the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s Radio programme – ‘Mann Ki Baat’ was webcast all over the Nation which is the beacon of positivity for the entire Nation.

The historic 100th episode of the programme Mann Ki Baat was also webcast/telecasted/broadcasted at different stations over Eastern Railway which was widely appreciated by the audience from all sections of people. While addressing the 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat, the Hon’ble Prime Minister mentioned that the Mann Ki Baat programme which was started on 3rd October 2014 on the day of Vijaya Dashami, to mark its uniqueness with Vijaya Dashami, the festival of positivity of the countrymen. Hon’ble Prime Minister mentioned that in Mann Ki Baat people from every section of the country, all age groups joined & associated to make it a mass movement towards the development of the Nation.

DG of UNESCO has thanked the Hon’ble Prime Minster of India for getting the opportunity to be part of the 100th episode of the ‘Mann Ki Baat’ Radio broadcast. He said that UNESCO and India have a long common history and have very strong partnerships together in all areas like – education, science, culture, and information. DG/UNESCO also mentioned that UNESCO also works to support culture and protect heritage and India is chairing the G-20 this year.

Eastern Railway has made elaborate arrangements for public viewing of this 100th episode of Mann Ki Baat on video walls, TV Screens, and at all the places wherever the display system is available. Eastern Railway also made arrangements for broadcasting this programme through the Public Address System. Overall, an estimated 32,000 (approx.) people watched/listened to the Mann Ki Baat programme at 55 stations on 37 video walls/screens over Eastern Railway.
