GENERAL MANAGER/EASTERN RAILWAY INSPECTED B. R. SINGH HOSPITAL

Shri Amar Prakash Dwivedi, General Manager/Eastern Railway visited B. R. Singh Hospital , Sealdah, today (6.5.2023) to witness the quality of medical treatment at this state-of-the-art tertiary care hospital of Eastern Railway.

Shri Dwivedi, General Manager/Eastern Railway inspected the Casualty, Emergency & Triage Units, New Cabin Complex, Physiotherapy Block and also inspected the fabrication work for the proposed new High Dependency Unit (HDU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the new building of B. R. Singh Hospital. While inspecting the different wards & cabins of B. R. Singh Hospital, General Manager advised for development of green patches inside the hospital building at strategic points for improving aesthetics vis-a-vis adding feel good factor for the patients. He also stresses for using of equipment which are more doctor friendly & patient friendly.

Dr. Sarbani Sengupta, PCMD/Headquarters Hospitals, Dr. Indira Jha, MD/ B. R. Singh Hospital, Dr. Anupam Seth, ACMD and Shri Deepak Nigam, DRM/Sealdah were present during GM’s Inspection at B. R. Singh Hospital.
