INTERNATIONAL DAY OF YOGA OBSERVED IN METRO RAILWAY

International Day of Yoga has been observed in Metro Railway today on 21.06.2023. The theme of this year’s International Day of Yoga has been “Yoga for Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam.” Shri P. Uday Kumar Reddy, General Manager, Metro Railway, all Principal Head of Departments, other senior officers, and staff participated in a Yoga Session this morning at Officers’ Club, Tollygunge to mark the occasion. Shri Reddy advised all to practice Yoga every day to remain fit and healthy.
A Yoga Session was conducted at the Central Park Depot of East-West Metro this morning to celebrate International Day of Yoga. Officers and staff of the Railway Protection Force and Metro Railway practiced Yoga in this session.
Officers and Staff of Noapara Car Depot Complex also celebrated the day in a befitting manner. They took part in another Yoga Session organized at Noapara Carshed in order to maintain a healthy life and spread the message of togetherness.
