EASTERN RAILWAY’S SEALDAH DIVISION TO RUN SPECIAL EMU TRAINS ON 08/09.06.2023 TO FACILITATE MOVEMENT OF POLLING PERSONNEL

As requested by the District Panchayat Election Officer & District Magistrate South 24 Parganas, to facilitate the movement of a large number of polling personnel after the completion of the Panchayat General Election-2023, Eastern Railway’s Sealdah Division will run special EMU trains from Diamond Harbour, Canning and Namkhana to Sealdah(South) on 08/09.07.2023 (Saturday / Sunday ) as under:
• Diamond Harbour – Sealdah special will leave Diamond Harbour at 01:00 hrs. to reach Sealdah at 02:27 hrs.
• Canning – Sealdah special will leave canning at 01:00 hrs. to reach Sealdah at 02:05 hrs.
• Namkhana – Sealdah special will leave Namkhana at 23:45 hrs. to reach Sealdah at 02:20 hrs.
All above EMU specials will provide stoppage at all stations enroute including Flag and Halt stations.
