EASTERN RAILWAY APPEALS TO JOBSEEKERS TO NOT FALL PREY TO FAKE JOB RACKETS
Kolkata, July 22, 2023:
Recently it has been observed that some persons are appearing at different Divisional Headquarters or at different departments in the Zonal Headquarters of Eastern Railway to join a job with fake appointment letters. The fake job racketeers have become active in different parts of the country and misleading the jobseekers by issuing such fake appointment letters by extracting money from them. Jobseekers appearing with such fake appointment letters have not only lost their wealth by falling prey to such rackets but they are also facing litigation as they are appearing with fake appointment letters to join a government job. Eastern Railway in a continuous crusade against the fake job rackets has busted several such fake job rackets from time to time.
Shri Kausik Mitra, Chief Public Relations Officer/ Eastern Railway has advised all concerned not to fall prey to such fake job rackets and inform the Railway authorities if they came by information about any fake job rackets and help in nabbing the racketeers.
