METRO STAFF PAY HOMAGE TO UTTAM KUMAR

The on-duty staff of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro station of North-South Corridor (Blue Line) paid homage to Uttam Kumar, the matinee idol of Bengali cinema on his death anniversary today i.e. on 24.07.2023. On this date in 1980, Mahanayak passed away leaving his legacy behind.
Remembering the day, a small programme was organised this morning on the DN platform of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro station in which the Station superintendent and other staff, as well as Metro commuters, paid their floral tribute to this legendary actor.
