
7th International Karate Championship at Netaji indoor stadium from 29th to 30th July from 12 pm onwards.
Global Seishinkai Shito Ryu Karate Do Federation in association with the Karate Do Association of Bengal is going to organize the 7th edition of the International Karate Championship, The Indian Challenger’s Cup in the City of Joy.
This 7th International Championship will have around six thousand participants participating from eight different countries ( Malaysia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Japan, and Italy ) and all across the nation. This will be held at Netaji Indoor Stadium from 29th July to 30th July.
On 29th July the inauguration of the championship will be graced by Mr. Swapan Banerjee (President of the Bengal Olympic Association), and Ms. Dola Banerjee ( Olympian, Arjun Awardee ).
Mr. Navender Singh ( Joint Commissioner of Police ), Mr. Vineet Kumar ( Executive Director of Sports Authority of India), and EC member of the Indian Olympic Association) and Ms. Manasi Roy Choudhary ( Co-Chairman of Techno India Groups ).
On 30th July dignitaries present will be Mr. Arup Roy ( Honourable Minister of Cooperation ), Mr. Zha Liyou ( Consul General of China), and other respected figures. This championship will be under Hanshi Premjit Sen who is the President of Karate Do Association of Bengal and WKF A grade referee.
