PROMOTION RUN FOR TAWANG MARATHON CONDUCTED AT KOLKATA
Kolkata, 13 August:
A promotional run was organised at Salt Lake Stadium for the upcoming Tawang Marathon which is being organised jointly by the Indian Army and the Arunachal Pradesh state government at picturesque Tawang on 01 Oct 23. The promotional run was flagged-off from Salt Lake Stadium Gate Number 3. More than 600 running enthusiasts from the City of Joy thronged for 5km and 10km runs and hustled through the lanes and streets to promote one of the most unique adventures being organised at Tawang for the first time. A large number of runners including members of the Kolkata Road Runners group pledged to register and also encourage their peers to join them for the enthralling event.
