Vibrant Celebration Marks the Grand Success of the 39th Durgostav Khunti Pujo at BG Block Residents’ Association

The BG Block Residents’ Association hosted the 39th Durgostav Khunti Pujo on Sunday, 27th August 2023, at its premises in Sector II, Salt Lake City, Kolkata. The event witnessed a vibrant celebration, bringing together residents and esteemed guests for a joyous occasion. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of notable dignitaries, including Shri. Sujit Bose, Hon’ble Minister of the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, Government of West Bengal; Smt. Krishna Chakraborty, Hon’ble Mayor of Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation; Smt. Anita Mondal, Hon’ble Deputy Mayor of Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation; the talented actress Oindrilla Sen and popular actress Mallika Banerjee.
The celebration commenced by enveloping the venue with an aura of festivity and cultural richness. The Durgostav Khunti Pujo, a traditional Bengali festival honoring Goddess Durga, was adorned with intricately crafted idols and elaborate decorations that captivated the attendees.
