Zoom Launches ISV Exchange Program with Verint Combined Solution Enables Joint Customers to Elevate Customer Experience While Lowering Operational Costs With AI-Powered CX Automation
NEW DELHI, October 26, 2023 – Verint® (Nasdaq: VRNT), The Customer Engagement Company®, today announced that Zoom Video Communications, Inc. is launching the ISV Exchange Program with Verint’s open platform, expanding on the initial partnership announced last November. The unique open architecture of the Verint Platform makes it easy to combine its customer experience (CX) automation solutions with Zoom’s offerings.
