SHRI KARTIK SINGH, SENIOR DIVISIONAL ENGINEER, HOWRAH, SELECTED FOR ATI VISHISHT RAIL SEVA PURASKAR – 2023 IN THE 68TH RAILWAY WEEK CENTRAL FUNCTION

Shri Kartik Singh, Senior Divisional Engineer, presently posted at Howrah Division, has been chosen to receive the Ati Vishisht Rail Seva Puraskar – 2023 in recognition of his outstanding contributions to infrastructural development and the efficient maintenance and utilization of assets in the Sealdah Division of Eastern Railway during his incumbency as Sr. DEN/I/Sealdah. The award will be presented by Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw Minister of Railways, Communications and Electronics & Information Technology at the 68th Railway Week Central function, which will be held at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, on December 15, 2023.
In recognition of his exceptional dedication and outstanding accomplishments, as Senior Divisional Engineer/I/Sealdah at the office of Divisional Railway Manager/Sealdah, Eastern Railway, during his tenure at Sealdah Division, is proposed for the prestigious Ati Vishisht Rail Seva Puraskar (AVRSP), 2023. His commendable performance throughout 2022-2023, marked by record-breaking achievements in track renewal, points and crossing renewal, track maintenance, safety enhancement, sectional speed raising, and various development initiatives, demonstrates unwavering commitment and leadership in contributing significantly to the railway sector. Sri Kartik Singh’s remarkable efforts, including the highest-ever eviction drives, successful removal of unauthorized structures, and substantial earnings, make him a deserving nominee for this esteemed recognition.
