ERWWO / SEALDAH ORGANISED SPORTS MEET FOR DIFFERENTLY ABLED CHILDREN

President of Eastern Railway Women’s Welfare Organization (ERWWO) of Sealdah Division, Smt Gunjan Nigam, and other members in collaboration with Bodhayan, a dedicated organization for differently-abled children, today hosted a joyous sports meet for the students of differently-abled children. This special event, buzzing with energy and enthusiasm, aimed to uplift spirits, celebrate resilience, and showcase the remarkable talents of these exceptional students. Speaking on the occasion, Smt Gunjan Nigam said that she was thrilled to witness the contagious joy and determination displayed by these amazing children. Events like this not only provide a platform for them to engage in friendly competition and express their athletic spirit but also serve as a powerful reminder of their boundless potential.
A, total of 235 nos of students from 15 nos of Schools for differently abled children participated in the sports meet. The sports meet, held under the auspices of ERWWO Sealdah, was a vibrant tapestry of adapted games and activities designed to cater to the diverse abilities of the participants. The atmosphere crackled with cheers and friendly rivalry. The young athletes showcased their skills with impressive determination, each victory met with enthusiastic applause from their peers and ERWWO members.
