With a successful Robotic-assisted kidney transplant to save the life of a patient with chronic kidney disease combined with morbid obesity, Narayana Health RN Tagore Hospital once again proved its prominence in organ transplant and created a medical history. Hence, they opted for a robotic-assisted transplant procedure. Despite the patient’s weight exceeding 110 kg and a BMI of 36.5, the surgical team skillfully navigated these challenges, ensuring optimal outcomes for the patient.
