Sister Nivedita University Celebrates World Creativity & Innovation Day

Sister Nivedita University commemorated World Creativity & Innovation Day with enthusiasm and vigor, hosting a dynamic event organized by the Institution Innovation Council (IIC). The theme of this year’s celebration was “Step Out & Innovate,” aimed at inspiring creativity and fostering innovation among students and faculty members.
The highlight of the event was a stimulating panel discussion featuring distinguished speakers from diverse backgrounds, each sharing unique insights and perspectives on the intersection of creativity, innovation, and societal impact. The esteemed panelists included Dr. Sanku Bose, Group Chief Executive Officer, Techno India Group , Nobina Gupta, Artist, Founder & Director, Disappearing Dialogues , Reena Dewan, Founder & Director, Bridging Colours and Arts Foundation.
The session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Minal Pareek, Dean of the School of Mass Communication, Journalism, Fine Arts & Design at Sister Nivedita University. The panelists engaged in thought-provoking discussions on leveraging creativity as a catalyst for innovation across various domains, from technology and education to art and social entrepreneurship.
Following the discussions , an engaging workshop was conducted by Dr. Arijit Bhattacharyya, Founder & CEO , Virtual Infocom , Founder & Chairman World Leader Summit Founder Coinnovateventures. The workshop focused on practical techniques for innovating creative designs tailored to address industry-specific problems. Dr. Bhattacharyya’s expertise and interactive approach empowered attendees to explore innovative design methodologies and apply them in professional settings.
