WORLD HYPERTENSION DAY OBSERVED AT WORKSHOP RAILWAY HOSPITAL, KANCHRAPARA

On 17.05.2024 World Hypertension Day was observed at the Out Patient Department complex of Workshop Railway Hospital, Kanchrapara under the stewardship of Dr. Anupa Ghosh, Chief Medical Superintendent, Kanchrapara. The event aimed to raise awareness about hypertension, its risks, and the importance of regular monitoring and lifestyle modifications to manage and prevent the condition. The event featured valuable speeches by Dr. Suvankar Ghosh and Dr. Pinaki Ranjan Mandal, who provided insightful information on hypertension.
Patients, their relatives, and medical staff attended the event. Blood pressure measurements were conducted for all attendees, and the facets of hypertension were elucidated with clear and precise explanations.
