A serious objection we are raising against Amazon India for our last two orders among many started showing sign of possible fraudulent activity while asking for refund of nonreceipt of items or returning of the items.

We expect Amazon will uphold its high reputation and resolve all such issues reported across India. On average service of Amazon is very trustworthy but we do not know why this kind of issue arises with such a great platform.
We request that respected Amazon management concerned to check their side for issues with refunds and returns very carefully, to avoid such losses for the people while ordering online. Customer care is just not effective.
