Star-Studded Launch: Qbik’s Hyderabad Store with Pinky Reddy and Sobhita Dhulipala

Hyderabad, 29th June 2024:  In a dazzling celebration of luxury and style, Qbik, the esteemed Indo-fusion fashion designer label founded by Gurinder Singh and Vrinda Sachdev in 2011, inaugurated its second flagship store in the prestigious Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.

The launch drew a constellation of Hyderabad’s elite, celebrating the opening of Qbik’s opulent new store. The evening’s splendor was amplified by the presence of chief guest Pinky Reddy, a renowned entrepreneur, a patron of the arts and community development and adding a touch of cinematic glamor to the event was the stunning Bollywood actress Sobhita Dhulipala, acclaimed for her roles in both film and fashion.

The Qbik store launch event, brimming with elegance and sophistication, underscored Qbik’s commitment to melding traditional Indian artistry with contemporary haute couture. The new store (3200 sq ft, panned out between two floors) is a testament to architectural brilliance. The design captures the brand’s essence with its luxurious interiors and sophisticated ambiance, perfectly complementing the vibrant and affluent surroundings set against the backdrop of one of Hyderabad’s most affluent neighbourhoods, Banjara Hills. Designed by the illustrious AMPM Designs.

The event was further graced by the attendance of Elahe Hiptoola, an eminent film producer known for her contributions to Indian cinema, and Sudha Reddy, a notable businesswoman and philanthropist, enhancing the occasion’s grandeur with their esteemed presence.

Guests were treated to an exclusive preview of Qbik’s collections, showcasing a range of exquisite pieces from gilets and underwire bralette blouses, lehengas, pre-stitched sarees, tuxedos, bomber jackets, sherwanis and a lot more. Each creation exemplified the brand’s signature blend of intricate Indian craftsmanship with contemporary fashion sensibilities.

Much like the meeting of two different sides of a cube brings its symmetry, it is the coming together with the distinctive sensibilities of Vrinda and Gurinder that creates Qbik’s inimitable DNA. The brand lays a sharp focus on fits and silhouettes that are effortless, while marrying structure with fluidity and avant-garde flair with an ease of being. Qbik’s elemental design signature seeks inspiration in the shapes and textures found in nature.

Qbik’s new flagship store in Banjara Hills represents not just an expansion, but a deepening of its commitment to offering luxury fashion that resonates with discerning customers. The launch event was a spectacular success, setting a new benchmark for fashion retail experiences in Hyderabad.

Address: Qbik, 8-2-608/20, Road No 10, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad-500034.
