REGULATION OF TRAINS FOR TRACK MAINTENANCE WORK IN THE HOWRAH DIVISION
Kolkata, July 29, 2024:
Due to Track maintenance work, Traffic and Power Block have been planned on on Down Main Line over Guskara station on 31.07.2024 (Wednesday). Consequently, the following arrangements for train running have been made:-
Rescheduling of train:
13147 Sealdah – Bamanhat Uttarbanga Express will leave Sealdah at 20:25 hrs. instead of its scheduled departure time at 19:40 hrs. on 31.07.2024.
Controlling of Express Trains on 31.07.24 (Wednesday):
13023 Howrah – Gaya Express will be controlled suitably for 25 minutes enroute.
13149 Sealdah – Alipur Duar Kanchankanya Express will be controlled suitably for 15 minutes enroute.
12516 Silchar – Coimbatore Express will be Controlled suitably for 10 minutes enroute.
Moreover, 03470 Tinpahar- Barddhaman Passenger Special will be short-terminated at Bolpur Shantiniketan station (at 19:07 hrs.) on 31.07.2024.
It should be noted that Block will commence after passing of 13018 Azimganj – Howrah Ganadevta Express at Guskara Station (at 18:35 hrs.) and the first train after the cancellation of the Block will be 13023 Howrah – Gaya Express.
The Block is absolutely essential from the safety point of view. The inconvenience to be caused to the passengers is deeply regretted.
