ON CIVIL ADMINISTRATIION’S REQUEST CIRCULAR TRAINS MOVEMENT RESTRICTED FOR ELEVEN (11) DAYS
Kolkata, September 30, 2024:
As requested by the civil administration, Eastern Railways’ Sealdah Division has planned to regulate the Circular Railway train services on 02.10.2024, 12.10.2024, 13.10.2024, 14.10.2024, 15.10.2024, 17.10.2024, 18.10.2024, 01.11.2024, 02.11.2024, 03.11.2024 and 04.11.2024 for Mahalaya Tarpan, immersion of Goddesses Durga idol, Goddesses Laxmi idol & Goddesses Kali idol. Consequently, following arrangement in train running has been made:
• 07 (Seven) nos. of Circular Railway EMU local (30322, 30128, 30324, 30346, 30312, 30314 and 30122) will be short terminated at Kolkata Station and 07 (Seven) nos. of Circular Railway EMU local (30145, 30121, 30333, 30331, 30311, 30111 and 30313) will be short originated from Kolkata station.
• 1 (One) nos. of Circular Railway EMU local (30344) will be short terminated at Barasat.
• 1 (One) no. of Circular Railway EMU local (30154) will be diverted & short terminated at Sealdah (North) station and 1 (One) no. of Circular Railway EMU local (30123) will be short originated from Sealdah (North) station.
• 2 (Two) nos. of Circular Railway EMU local (30142 and 30332) will be diverted via Kankurgachhi Road Jn-Ballygunge route to Majherhat and 1 (One) no. of Circular Railway EMU local (30353) run via diverted route from Majherhat and 1 (One) no. of Circular Railway EMU local (30135) will run via diverted route via Ballyguange.
• 2 (Two) nos. of Circular Railway EMU locals (30511, 30711) will be short terminated at Ballygunge station and 2 (Two) nos. of Circular Railway EMU locals (30712 and 30552) will be short originated from Ballygunge station.
• 2 (Two) nos. of Circular Railway EMU locals (30342 and 30112) will be diverted and short terminated at Ballyguange and 2 (Two) nos. of Circular Railway EMU local (30321 and 30317) will be short originated from Ballygunge and run via Ballygunge Jn. – Kankurgachi Road.
Moreover, 9 (Nine) Nos. of Circular Railway EMU locals (30412, 30416, 30411, 30451, 30351, 31223, 30113, 30116 and 31242) will remain cancelled.
However, one Sealdah – Baruipur EMU special will leave Sealdah at 19:10 hrs. and then following the path & link of 30451 from Ballygunge.
Short termination/short origination of EMU locals at Kalyani station on 12/13.10.2024, 13/14.10.2024 & 14/15.10.2024
• 31191/31192 Naihati – Kalyani Simanta – Naihati EMU local.
• 31311/31312, 31333/31334, 31335/31336, 31337/31338, 31339/31314 and 31341/31332 Sealdah – Kalyani Simanta – Sealdah EMU local.
