PRSI discussion on The Life Style Effect
Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), Kolkata Chapter, recently hosted a thought-provoking panel discussion, “Mindful Mosaic,” examining the profound influence of lifestyle on our lives.
The evening brought together all the panelists, representing diverse age groups in between 40 and 70, to share their experiences and perspectives. The discussion, moderated by Dr. Arijit Banerjee, Executive Director, Ramaesis RPL Perfect Pause, commenced with each panelist recounting their childhood memories, underscoring the shifting expectations across generations.
The panel was graced by Prof. Dr. Subhrojyoti Bhowmik, Clinical Director, Peerless Hospitals; Dr. Devajit Bandyopadhyay, Theatre Archivist, Writer, and Vocalist; and Guru Sanchita Bhattacharya, Odishi Dancer Laureate.
The panelists nostalgically recalled simple pleasures and highlighted the impact of technology on upbringing. Although the panelists came from different backgrounds, they agreed that even the best upbringings faced challenges.
They highlighted the importance of being resilient and adaptable to deal with these difficulties.
The session culminated with a resounding call to action, urging attendees to contribute meaningfully to society, regardless of scale. Panelists encouraged the audience to harness their individual strengths to create positive change.
