Promoting Local Heritage: ‘One Station One Product’ (OSOP) Initiative Over Sealdah Division

The One Station One Product (OSOP) scheme is a visionary initiative by Indian Railways to promote and showcase the cultural heritage, traditional craftsmanship, and indigenous products of local communities. By offering dedicated spaces at railway stations, the scheme aims to provide sustainable economic opportunities to artisans, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), and individuals from marginalized sections of society, fostering entrepreneurship and enhancing visibility for their products.
Invitation for Applications under OSOP Scheme
The Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Eastern Railway, Sealdah Division, invites applications from individuals, SHGs, and organizations engaged in indigenous products to set up temporary stalls under the OSOP scheme across 73 stations in the Sealdah Division.
Contract Period:
The scheme will run for 30 days at the following stations:

Lalgola, Krishnapur, Cossimbazar, Murshidabad, Berhampore Court, Phulia, Shantipur, Kalinarayanpur Jn., Birnagar, Habibpur, Aranghata, Badkulla, Bagula, Majhdia, Banpur, Gede, Jaggadal, Kankinara, Brace Bridge, Nangi, New Alipur (Kolkata), Ballygunge Jn., Dhakuria, Bagha Jatin, Mallikpur, Gocharan, Namkhana, Baruipur, Hotor, Bidyadharpur, Piali, Taldi, Deula, Dhamua, Diamond Harbour, Sangrampur, Kalikapur, Canning, Chandpara: From 30.10.2024

Registration Fee:
A token registration fee of ₹2,000 (inclusive of GST) is applicable for each 30-day period.
Infrastructure & Utilities:
Stalls/Outlets will be provided by the Railways.
Up to 20 units of electricity will be included per 15-day period as part of the registration charges. Additional electricity usage will be billed as per actual consumption.
Submission Deadline:
Applications must be submitted by 15:00 hours on 22.10.2024.
How to Apply:
Applicants can submit applications on the organization’s letterhead or plain paper, with necessary documents enclosed, addressed to:
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Eastern Railway, Sealdah, DRM Building, Room No. 44, Kaiser Street, Kolkata-700014.
The sealed application packet should be delivered to the Station Master/Station Manager/Booking Supervisor of the relevant station.
Selection Process
In the event that multiple applications are received for the same station, a public lottery/draw will be held at 16:00 hours on 22.10.2024 at the respective station to finalize the selection.
