PRECAUTIONARY REGULATION OF MAIL/EXPRESS TRAINS FOR FOGGY SEASON 2024-25
Kolkata, November 29, 2024:
In view of the anticipated foggy conditions during the upcoming winter season of 2024-25, several Mail/Express trains will be canceled as a precautionary measure to ensure passenger safety and operational efficiency. Dense fog, a common occurrence during winter months, often leads to reduced visibility, posing challenges for train operations, including delays and potential safety risks. To mitigate these challenges and maintain safety standards, Railway has proactively decided to regulate following train services during this period as under:
