CONDUCT OF DGR GUWAHATI JOB FAIR AT NARANGI MILITARY STATION ON 07 FEB 2025
The Guwahati Job Fair is being organised by the Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) in collaboration with HQ 51 Sub Area at the Brahmaputra Hall, Narangi Military Station, Guwahati, on 07 February 2025.
The event will be graced by the presence of several dignitaries, including:
Hon’ble Minister of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship, Sri Prasanta Phukan
Dr. Niten Chandra, IAS, Secretary ESW
Maj Gen SBK Singh, SM, Director General Resettlement Maj Gen RD Sharma, GOC 51 Sub Area Brig Rajeev Kapur, SM, Additional Director General, Directorate Resettlement Zone East
More than 500 ex-servicemen are expected to participate as job seekers, while over 35 corporate organisations will join as job providers. Senior retired military dignitaries will also attend.
A media interaction with Hon’ble Minister Sri Prasanta Phukan and Dr. Niten Chandra, Secretary ESW, will be held post the inaugural session.
