National Science Day 2025 was commemorated by the Indian Science News Association (ISNA) and National Environmental Science Academy (NESA) at the N R Sen Auditorium, Rajabazar Science College campus on 28th February 2025.
The Chief Guest of the program was Debarshi Duttagupta MD, East India Pharmaceuticals, Guest of Honor was Dr Sanku Bose GCEO, Techno India Group. Sushobhan Mukherjee, Founder MD, Prime Infoserv and Ina Bose, Academic Consultant were other distinguished speakers. Ina Bose in her speech set the theme of the program emphasizing on Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in Science and Innovation for a Developed India. Dr Sanku Bose deliberated on the role of AI in the application of modern science. Prof Amit Krishna De and Prof Manas Chakraborty, Hony Secretaries of ISNA elaborated on the roles of NESA and ISNA in the propagation of science communication among students through various programs and Academic courses.
