The cameras start rolling today for Raghu Dakat, a grand cinematic retelling of the legendary folklore surrounding the enigmatic dacoit who was feared by some and revered by many. A messiah to the oppressed, his story now comes alive on the big screen in a spectacle like never before.
A joint production of SVF Entertainment and Dev Entertainment Ventures, Raghu Dakat is helmed by director Dhrubo Banerjee and boasts a stellar cast, featuring Dev, Anirban Bhattacharya, Idhika Paul, Sohini Sarkar, and Roopa Ganguly. With full-scale preparations underway, the film’s ambitious production includes an elaborate 100-ft set, among many other grand elements that promise to captivate audiences.
